Middle School Girls (age 14 or younger prior to August 1, 2026) – Wednesday, May 6 from 2-4pm and Friday, May 8 from 1-3pm![]()
High School Girls (age 18 or younger prior to August 1, 2026) – Tuesday, May 5 from 2-4pm and Friday, May 8 from 3-5pm![]()
All tryouts will take place at Apex Baptist Church (110 S. Salem Street, Apex, NC 27502).![]()

Congratulations to the Varsity Girls on repeating as National Champions with a win over the South Guilford Cougars! Jak Reynolds made a key 3-pointer, then Emma Crissman got a steal, basket, and the FT for a 6-point turnaround in about 8 seconds. That changed the score from 33-30 Cougars to Sabres up 36-33 with under 4 minutes to go.
