All members of the Board of Directors, Steering Committee, and Coaching Staff are required to acknowledge the Sabres Statement of Faith and agree to uphold the beliefs stated in the articles in their actions and words while a member of the leadership or coaching staff of the South Wake Sabres.
Article I
We believe in One God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Article II
We believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth. This includes His creation of man and woman in His image that He might have fellowship with us.
Article III
We believe in the Deity of our Lord, Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary.
Article IV
We believe in His death for our sins on the cross through which we receive eternal life; His bodily resurrection and personal return.
Article V
We believe that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life and no one comes to God, the Father, but through Jesus.
Article VI
We believe in the presence and power of the Holy Spirit to lead us toward a renewed life and the receiving of the forgiveness of our sins through Jesus’ death and resurrection by God’s transformative grace.
Article VII
We believe in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments as the inspired Word of God.
